MANAGEMENT TEAM
At the heart of Mashinani Youth Voices is a dedicated team of passionate leaders representing every ward & constituency within Homa Bay County. Our staff are local people who understand development challenges at the grassroots level. We bring together a diverse group of experts in digital innovations, community development, entrepreneurship & youth advocacy, all working together to drive positive and lasting change.
The Organization is governed through clear, transparent and accountable leadership structure. The structure consists of seven executive committee members, eight constituency coordinators and forty ward representatives. We uphold principles of good governance, democratic leadership, separation of roles and grassroots representation.
The three account signatories and six accountability committee members are elected by the fifty-three officials in a General Meeting. The accountability committee is responsible for financial oversight, audit & risk management, compliance monitoring, reporting & transparency and performance evaluation.
The executive committee provides strategic direction & governance, financial management, performance management, policy direction and operational oversight to ensure effective program implementation, prudent use of resources and accountability to members, partners and donors.
