MANAGEMENT TEAM
At the heart of Mashinani Youth Voices is a dedicated team of passionate leaders representing every ward & constituency within our areas of operation. Our staff are local people who understand development challenges at the grassroots level. We bring together a diverse group of experts in youth development, finance & community outreach, all working together to drive positive and lasting change.
The Organization is governed through clear, transparent and accountable leadership structure. The structure consists of seven Board Members, eight Constituency Coordinators and forty Ward Representatives. We uphold principles of good governance, democratic leadership, separation of roles and grassroots representation.
The three Account Signatories and six Accountability committee members are elected by the fifty-three officials in a General Meeting.
The Executive Committee (Board) provides strategic direction & governance, financial & performance management, operational oversight and accountability. These functions aim to achieve effective program implementation, prudent use of resources and accountability to members, partners and donors.
The eight Constituency Coordinators and forty Ward Representatives are responsible for implementing the organization’s activities and providing leadership at the grassroots level.
The Accountability Committee provides financial oversight, compliance monitoring, performance evaluation, audit & risk management. This ensures transparency and accountability in the use of organization’s funds and quality service delivery.
